Structure: Reinforced concrete piers and beams.
Roofs: Traditional Andalucian terra cotta tiles over sprayed high density polyurethane insulating foam and vapour check
External walls
: Cavity brick walls with fire retardant mortar and polyurethane insulation, white cement rendered.

Sanitary fittings: White Roca series Meridian or similar fittings in white porcelain and monomando taps, Grohe or Eurodur make
Paint: Plastic paint on all interior surfaces, single white mortar layer on exterior.
Additional installations: split air conditioning [heat pump], satellite dish, propane gas water heater, TV and telephone in sitting room and bedrooms, security system pre installed, electronic videophone entry system, remote controlled automatic entry gate, fireplace in penthouse for front line buildings.
