Construction details:
Foundation: Reinforced concrete plinths, and horizontal beams.
Structure: Reinforced concrete piers and beams.
Roofs: Traditional Andalucian terra cotta tiles over sprayed high density polyurethane insulating foam and vapour check
External walls: Cavity brick walls with fire retardant mortar and polyurethane insulation, white cement rendered.
Internal walls: Apartment dividing walls in two double bricks [15cm], internal walls in 7cm brickwork. Plastered finish will textured droplet finish, bathrooms and kitchens finished with ceramic tiles.
Flooring: Interiors floors with sound insulation, ivory marble throughout, bathrooms in limestone, terra cotta clay tiles for the exterior.
Wall tiles: White 11cm x 11 cm in kitchen, limestone up to 1m with Venetian stucco in bathrooms and toilets.
Internal finishings: Entrance door with 3 point security lock, internal doors in white lacquered finish and closet doors with mouldings.
Glazing: Climatic double glazing, bedrooms with PVC blinds.
Kitchens: Fully equipped with high grade furniture including ceramic hob, electric oven, extractor and sink.
Sanitary fittings: White Roca series Meridian or similar fittings in white porcelain and monomando taps, Grohe or Eurodur make
Paint: Plastic paint on all interior surfaces, single white mortar layer on exterior.
Additional installations: split air conditioning [heat pump], satellite dish, propane gas water heater, TV and telephone in sitting room and bedrooms, security system pre installed, electronic videophone entry system, remote controlled automatic entry gate, fireplace in penthouse for front line buildings.
