The hotel would control the full letting process, much the same as the initial management company already in place.

Phase 2 is scheduled for completion in March 2006

Casares White Village: Only 14 km inland from the Casares del Sol development you will find Casares village located at the edge of the Ronda Mountains
Casares is the atypical hanging village, the small white painted houses are perched above each other and spilling down the rocks, narrow sloping streets wind through, lined with small shops, bars and cafe´s.
At 435 metres above sea level Casares enjoys fantastic views of the Mediterranean, Morocco, Gibraltar and Sierra Bermeja.
Casares is steeped in history having an Arab castle, Roman baths, and own mint, Julius Caesar himself ordered these wonderful buildings to show gratitude at being cured of a skin complaint after bathing in the sulphur, alkaline waters found in the locality.
This is the real Spain we know, a peaceful place, take a country walk look up and you will see a sky patrolled by eagles and hawks there is an abundance of wildlife, and of course facilities for para gliding, climbing and typical mountain sports are here.
